Hello to the young lads – as indeed they all were when these sound recordings were made way back when:)! Now a production note. Most of the announcements made by ABC Announcers/Presenters were in vision – hence the more conversational style favoured by ABC. Certainly NOT the pompous sounding delivery when Keith Martin was ‘on duty’ for that Corporation. Yours sincerely Keith Martin X .
