]]> ABC Television’s top-rating programme, ‘Opportunity Knocks’, returns to the screens on Saturday, July 3rd. Peter Dulay, producer of the programme for ABC Television was at the Skyline Ballroom, Jameson Street, Hull, recently to audition artistes from the East Riding of Yorkshire.

During the course of his visit, more than 200 acts were auditioned. The pictures on this page show some of the artistes who may well be on their way to fame and fortune.
